Boeing called us last minute needing to get some concrete and asphalt cleaned before the arrival of the defense secretary. Fortunately, we were able to promptly fit them into our schedule and get the facility looking spotless just in time.

VLUX MADISON

250+ Unit Townhome-style apartment complex on Hardiman Road near County Line Road in Madison Alabama. Working for Bestline Builders who was the general contractor. We were responsible for all the exterior cleaning on this brand new massive 20 acre property. We removed the red clay from all concrete and vinyl siding in a thorough yet efficient manner in the frigid winter conditions, often well into the night. Bestline has since called us out on multiple other projects.

HILTON GARDEN INN & HOME 2 SUITES BY HILTON

Both of these properties in Madison on Graphics Drive were plagued by red clay and organic mildew on their concrete. Additionally, the Hilton Garden Inn had mildew on the first floor stucco ledge that we were able to remove. This project went very smoothly in the pleasant April weather.
